Love how they play with the MAMU beat at about 10:45 into the Road Trips version, get real real hot and then slip into the actual tune and out again. An incredible version that's very comparable in my book to the more highly lauded 8/6 MAMU sandwich

Not too familiar with late 80s Dead but this sure as hell is more heady than the meager 4 votes it's got now. Will change when Dave's 36 is released. Although, the audience recording is wonderful with a very enthusiastic crowd cheering the boys on - Jerry in particular. And this outro jam!!!!
