Eyes Of The World
Jan. 17, 1979
New Haven Coliseum

Several relentless guitar passages throughout.

Wharf Rat
Jan. 10, 1979
Nassau Coliseum

Hard to believe this is an AUD. 8:00-8:40 is a good example - crystal clear and tight.

Row Jimmy
Jan. 10, 1979
Nassau Coliseum

Not too fast and not too slow with some nice double time at the end.

Playin' In The Band
Jan. 6, 1978
Swing Auditorium

Jerry has laryngitis, so only Bobby tunes set 2 this day, and Keith Godchaux takes over the 2nd half of this PITB, especially the last 5 minutes.

Deal
June 22, 1983
City Island

This is an eleven minute Deal with a bunch of ebbs, flows and peaks.

Scarlet Begonias
Feb. 27, 1977
Robertson Gym, UC Santa Barbara

Then vote for it, Batman. This one has had 5 votes for a year. I guess no one listens to this one because it's an A- AUD and the previous night's SBD gets all the attention.
Mississippi Halfstep Uptown Toodeloo
Dec. 19, 1978
State Fairgrounds Coliseum

I looked on setlist this AM and this was the only halfstep I could find that was ever played in Mississippi.
Mississippi Halfstep Uptown Toodeloo
Dec. 19, 1978
State Fairgrounds Coliseum

This one is beautiful - nice call. I know those '78 Jeds from TN, but I'm delighted to find this Halfstep from MS from the same year. Keith and Jerry play along with one another well during the Rio Grandeo sections.
Lazy Lightnin' -> Supplication
Nov. 2, 1977
Field House - Seneca College

This supplication is smoked. It shuffled up at the beginning of a run today and I got all fired up. I don't see how it can be played any much harder than this. I know that there are dozens of great ones out there - for the life of the pair and even some nice supplications post coma - but this one belongs at or near the top.
Positively 4th Street
Oct. 31, 1975
Tower Theater

I didn't listen to the 4th street, but I did go to the link and listened to both Masterpieces and the early Tough Mama - and that compilation is really good - you can tell that the compiler listened to a bunch.
