This continues the cool groove of the Col Rain. Great version. This show needs to be listened to.

Open the first Dead show at Red Rocks. Has more fire power than the 77 versions.

Totally hot version that has that energy heard throughout show.

Promised Land

Encore only available via box set. Incredible energy with extended fanning as should be expected from the only time played as an encore.

Olympic Center
I did up-vote it, but dig quite a few others more than it.
Scarlet Begonias -> Fire On The Mountain
July 3, 1978
St. Paul Civic Center Arena
Better than Red Rocks that would be a few days later.
Wharf Rat
July 8, 1978
Red Rocks Amphitheatre
Great intro. The outro isn't fanned like others. Jerry sings with great passion, tho and plays super power chords around the 6 minute mark. Can't beat that it goes into Franklin's.
Pretty Peggy O

Red Rocks Amphitheatre
Agree with everyone on this one. I just really like this one.
The Music Never Stopped
July 7, 1978
Red Rocks Amphitheatre
This is a killer version. Insane extended fanning by Garcia and Weir to close this one out. Totally overlooked show.
