Queen Jane Approximately
June 8, 1993
The Palace
I am a sucker for this show, but you can just tell that they were on this evening when even the queen jane is energized.

The Palace
Up-beat version here with cool groove to it. Jerry is lyrically strong. He nails the solos. Definately a heady version!

Great version. Most notable is Phil. Love the transition...Phil and Bob lead the charge.

Rich Stadium
Great modern day version.
Deep Elem Blues

Alfred College
This one is a beaut.
Caution
May 11, 1972
Rotterdam Civic Hall
FYI... this show that should be in everyone's top 10 is 25% off at dead.net. It includes an amazing analysis of the 46 minute DS that is spot on and helps with understanding all the themes of the epic DS. This Caution is one of the best, also.
Doin' That Rag
March 1, 1969
Fillmore West
This one is a classic from a classic show.
Dark Star
May 11, 1972
Rotterdam Civic Hall
This DS is not for everyone. I do believe that it requires multiple listens to really respect how complex it is with its multiple themes. I can see after one listen that it may not be for everyone. It does deserve respect in GD lore, though. The first 13 minutes is pure DS theme.
