Looks Like Rain
Nov. 5, 1977
Community War Memorial Auditorium
Another pretty version with Bob/Donna from 1977.

Passenger

Uni Dome, U of Northern Iowa
This is a tremendous version. This DP 18 is so good. One of his best.

The Other One
May 6, 1981
Nassau Coliseum
This O1 is epic. There is a nice Spanish theme intro. The thing is inspired like most of this awesome DP13.

Deserves to be on list.

Scarlet Begonias -> Fire On The Mountain
May 8, 1977
Barton Hall - Cornell University
Now that its being released... should get some upvote. Not to be nitpicky, but the pre wind and the willows jam is just ok and the transition is solid and melodic, but nothing crazy. The Fire is top shelf, tho. So after 20 listens to this... My go to for 77 is 5/17.
Wharf Rat
April 25, 1977
Capitol Theater
16 minute version in a great wharf rat year. This whole show is under-rated.
Lost Sailor -> Saint of Circumstance
June 22, 1985
Alpine Valley Music Theater
Huge build-up in Saint. One of the most killer versions of this combo.
China Cat Sunflower -> I Know You Rider
April 2, 1973
Boston Garden
Another great version from this era. Only thing from the first set that really gets me going.
Deal
April 2, 1973
Boston Garden
Honestly, most of this first set bores me like Fresno 74 release. There is so much of this 73-74 stuff released which is great, mostly for the second sets. Yes...the China>Rider is worthy.
