Wharf Rat

Winterland Arena

This box set is crazy. Unbelievable wharf rat. For the lovers of 1977. These 3 shows have it all. Most of the tunes could be in your top 5 for every song!

Damn this run is epic. All of it needs more votes. Awesome O1! Love the outro into Wharf Rat, too. This post-drumz segment is nuts!

Blair Jackson maps out the whole 47 mins of this DS in the cd liner for this show from the E72 box set. Its amazing to follow the minute by minute of this most complex DS of all time. As discussed Playin, Caution, and Truckin themes mixed in. Also, moments that make this DS feel like more 1969 than 1972. There is some feedback too...not for too long tho, but it seems appropriate that there is some. I wish it was ranked higher, but I guess I will stop for now about Rotterdam. I just get more and more out of this version everytime I listen to it and it does require numerous listens to truly understand this version and how epic it is. Its so complex!

How the fuck did they have the energy to pull this off after the 47 minute DS??
