Dark Star

I know this is apart of the 27 minute MLTB Jam, but clearly half way into it...it becomes DS. An amzing 27 minutes, regradless!

Mister Charlie
May 11, 1972
Rotterdam Civic Hall
Freedom says it all. Its amazing the level they played with all night including the 47 minute DS to Mister Charlie. I do think they were a little tired during UJB, tho.
Playin' In The Band
May 11, 1972
Rotterdam Civic Hall
I need to listen to this show at least once a month. Good place to start is this compact Playin' opener. Just sets the tone for the whole epic night. The thing gets tiger before you can get your first sip of scotch in. Its tight...its hot and then finishes with a forceful playin' theme!
Throwing Stones
June 20, 1991
Pine Knob Music Theatre
This one is better than anyone above and below it here.
Bird Song
Oct. 2, 1972
Springfield Civic Center
Thanks for pointing out. Tremendous version. Definitely can hang with 8/27.
Scarlet Begonias -> Fire On The Mountain
June 25, 1991
Sandstone Amphitheatre
Beast version from a summer tour with great S/F's...Deer Creek and Pine Knob. This 2 show run has some unbelievable setlists, but some great playing too.
