It's all right here: high energy, big solos, crowd super into it. Can't think of a hotter version I've heard lately! Go LISTEN

A bright spot in a first set that is honestly a pretty tough listen. Phil's voice sound sweet and serene here, and Jerry's playing adds nice flourishes to a pretty tune.

I can't believe this one's not on here. It's so laid back, it's like floating on the ocean as gentle wave after gentle wave take you up and down, while the warm sun shines down on your cool body. You hit a stride and you hope it never ends, you can just float here for hours, but then it goes flawlessly into TOO and you're so glad it does. Yall check this out, make sure you hear Seamon's matrix

Underrated, go check out the recording on Hunter Seamons' matrix. Sugary sweet, you can hear how the solo is making its way toward the monsters that we got in 1980. Really nice transition into Lost Sailor, too. Great stuff here, check it out

Funky as hell and Brent is straight up Jimmy's Chicken Shack soul-jazzin on the B3, I love everything about this. COUPLE SHOTS OF WHISKEY, DENVER GIRLS START LOOKIN GOOD!!!

I just spun this one for the first time... awesome sound from Hunter's Trix 100 matrix. I got some mad phunky Phish vibes from this one! Trey could point to this one for inspiration. The late 70s disco Dead is a favorite era of mine for sure. 79 got real hot in May, after Brent started on 4/22 it took him very little time to become a defining member of the band. He's huge on this Denver show, that B3 so sweet!!!
