Stunningly beautiful version. Jerry's solo is second to none.

Whoa, this is absolutely scorching. Never thought I'd hear one from 1979 this unbelievably hot!

Wow, this version pretty much has it all; aggression, melody, and weirdness galore. Phil and Jerry are just huge here.

Garica is amped! Some intense jamming before the 1st verse even. Great AUD for '69 too.

Excellent, somber China Doll following a spectacular Eyes.

Scarlet Begonias -> Fire On The Mountain

A+ version right here. Like grendel says, the bridge jamming is insanely hot. The transition is nice and smooth, and then we get a raging Fire with Jerry just ripping the jam with tidal waves of notes. Awesome!

Epic!!!

Sure hope dannyc is being sarcastic. This is one of the very best ever, though I think 4/24/78 and 9/2/78 are a little hotter.
Scarlet Begonias -> Fire On The Mountain

This version without a doubt has the all-time best transition between the two songs; the jamming is just totally otherworldly. MAJOR x-factor on this one, and I can definitely hear why it's Dick's favorite.

Whoa. What this version lacks in precision it more that makes up for in apocalyptic shredding...between about the 6-8 min. mark is maybe some of the most insane jamming I've ever heard from this band. Words fail.
