Both Jerry solos are absolutely transcendental. Probably my new favorite version of the year.

Top notch energetic and jazzy jam out of this version, with a cool little noodle/space section before they dissolve into drums.

Fantastic play by Jerry; the post verse jamming especially soars with emotion and intensity.

Stupendous Bird Song right here!!! This version has it all, from soaring melodies to jazz to deep space. A definitive version, no doubt, and possibly my favorite post-hiatus.

Market Square Arena
Wow!!! Epic slow burner with an absolutely scorching transition into Eyes. Thanks for putting this one up!
Eyes Of The World
Aug. 13, 1975
Great American Music Hall
This version is just phenomenal, almost as good as any version from 1974. The playing is in a very similar context to the pre-hiatus versions, but with a funkier, more aggressive feel. Jerry has some wonderfully melodic soloing during the verses, and Phil totally owns the jam out of the song.
Let It Grow
Aug. 7, 1982
Alpine Valley Music Theatre
Scratch that, this is THE BEST version of the '80s IMO. Absolutely insane energy that just floors me every time!!!
