Nobody's Fault But Mine
Feb. 22, 1974
Winterland Arena

This one has more of an Other One-ish feel than most...they seem like they're pushing for it but end up going in a completely different direction

Nobody's Fault But Mine

P.N.E. Coliseum

One of the best mellow blues versions...killer noodles from Jerry

Weather Report Suite
May 14, 1974
Adams Field House, U of Montana

Very graceful playing on this one, gets kind of spacey leading up to a smooth as butter transition into Dark Star.

Truckin'
Sept. 14, 1974
Olympiahalle

Killer jam out of this Truckin' with a huge peak that gives way to some fast-paced space-jazz from Jerry, and landing on a quick little mellow MLBJ

Mind Left Body Jam

University of Nevada

Beautiful, mellow version. Garica's tone is especially sweet, with an almost country-ish flavor; sounds like he's using a bit of slide?

Estimated Prophet
May 25, 1977
The Mosque

Sorry, but I just don't see how this version is at the top of the list. Besides a few standouts, IMHO this song really didn't catch fire until the fall of 77. A good version, no doubt, but nowhere near the best.
Scarlet Begonias -> Fire On The Mountain

Uptown Theatre

High energy transition with lots of great noodles from Jerry

Uptown Theater

Super sweet transition jam...this is seriously underrated.
Scarlet Begonias -> Fire On The Mountain
Dec. 9, 1981
Activity Center - University of Colorado

Absolutely blissed-out jamming in the transition.
Lost Sailor -> Saint of Circumstance
Oct. 19, 1981
Sports Palace

This Saint brings the RAGE!!!! Probably the hottest version I've ever heard, and the Jerry space jam at the end is really cool. I agree, a fantastic 2nd set.
