Pretty far out there, considering the date, 6:00 without the light-speed, the big hand of Garcia and the rest of em' just inching slowly closer and closer to the lever in which the propulsion forwards into the nethers of the alternate dimensional spheres are released and yanked. The throttle, however's been hit, and the first major paramount acceleration has been reached. They skim around and slide around the outer reaches of the final sphere of home's atmosphere, scouting the pathways of the future. The buzz of exploration in times upcoming is seen on the horizon, and its clear they know it.

Almost sounds primal, personally, I don't always enjoy this song, however, this version has that certain energetic feel, the certain type of leads that set it apart. A real highlight from this performance. Oct. 77, once again, is very impressive, it sounds as if they expand off the more calculated blueprinted renditions from the spring. The fall has a bit of a darker finer tint to it. A harder-rocking, more somber feel, reminds me of some 84', except much cleaner, not to knock 84', it just didn't quite have the same consistency.

Standout version from this show. A clean, darkish vibe emanates, somber joy, meanders with painful grace. They pace it well. Very strong for a bust-out, first since Winterland 74'.
