Excellent version that includes Phil whirling the whole band into a frenzy. Chaotic jamming from a smokin' show

Black Peter
June 30, 1973
Universal Amphitheatre

Darker than some and tighter than most, slow, controlled, and powerful, like a waterfall Garcia cascades his notes with a light meaningful luminescent touch, eluting away the sun and uncovering the moon, the clouds pass over, slowly, meandering thoughtlessly through the atmosphere, wisely keeping silence. In terms of soul and lyrical portraiture, this is one of the better ones i've heard.
Row Jimmy
June 30, 1973
Universal Amphitheatre

Passionate vocalizations emitting from Garcia leading clearly into fills which lead back in and out of the lyrics, thus setting up well, pacing wise, the solos which reach some elusively bright heights. Strong version- definitely on the mellower side and thats a good thing.
Cumberland Blues

Universal Amphitheatre

Smoker to the first degree. Cuts its way into the core, and heats up, sick version.
They Love Each Other
June 30, 1973
Universal Amphitheatre

Can't go wrong, its impossible, with TLEO in 73'. A bouncy version, accomplishes the goods. Fills are curvy, punchy, and clear, a real heater.
He's Gone
June 26, 1973
Seattle Center Coliseum

Thoroughly enjoyed this one, Keith's piano makes it.
