Great version from the fall of 1970 with some intense Phil, wah usage from Jerry, and energetic jamming. Definitely underrated

Feelin' Groovy Jam

Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall
How is this not already here? The last two minutes of a 31min Dark Star, has to be the fastest, most energetic rendition. Leads into Dew!

As others have noted, Phil is insane in this. If you love Phil's intro to this song (as I'm sure we all do), this is the version for you, he must do that run up 10+ times. Awesome space section after the first verse that leads into a great jam as well! Only thing I don't like is the lack of the second verse

Easily the best pre-hiatus version, and one of my favorites overall. This one has got a ton of play time from me

Bickershaw Festival
My original comment was posted twice, so I'm editing the 2nd one to say that the entire jam from around the 24:45 to 26:45 time mark is absolutely awesome! Definitely worth checking out

Top notch '72 version (the best year for this song IMO) - the jam around 26min in is especially awesome and there are multiple times where it feels like the band is on the verge of breaking into a Feelin' Groovy jam!
