Hot version with Hornsby.

U.S. Blues (Wave That Flag)
Sept. 20, 1990
Madison Square Garden

Don't know how this one wasn't submitted yet. One of the most fired up versions I've ever heard from the first great post-Brent show.
2
Good Lovin'
May 26, 1995
Memorial Stadium

I know, I know, 1995, but this is a strong, fun version, from a surprisingly strong show.

New Minglewood Blues
June 20, 1983
Merriweather Post Pavilion

This version shoots out like a pressure bullet...kick-ass version to open a hot show on a rainy night.

Bertha
Dec. 31, 1981
Oakland Auditorium

This "Bertha" is a blast and should be WAAAAAAY HIGHER.
Dark Star

Oakland Auditorium

Nice, laid back version. Not too weird. Cool debut for Brent here.
Scarlet Begonias -> Fire On The Mountain
Oct. 21, 1983
Worcester Centrum

Very easy to get lost in the "Fire," I had no idea it was going on for over 20 minutes. A really enjoyable, laid back rendition of the combo. 1983 is an underrated year. Jerry is in top form.
Dark Star
Sept. 22, 1993
Madison Square Garden

The only post-1992 version that registers with me. Despite being only eight minutes, this one manages to get pretty out there, moreso than the insulting five minute ones they were doing at the time. Good work from Murray, this is really a fine show all around.
So Many Roads
July 9, 1995
Soldier Field

I get the historical and emotional significance of this performance, but it's nowhere near the 10/1/1994 version. Jerry's in so much better shape there and he belts the ending out with so much more power and his guitar playing is much strongers.
