My favorite stand-alone version. This one absolutely rocks.

Great work from Bruce and Vince. Not the flashiest for Jerry, but he's still good here.

How did this one not make it up? This a full steam ahead rock and roll explosion that never lets up.

Ship of Fools

Cal Expo

This one of the most underrated shows of their best year. This is a gorgeous "SOF" with a gold standard Jerry solo.

Funky, tight version with Brent especially on fire.

Playin' In The Band

Edmundson Pavilion

You need to prepare yourself for this one. First, avoid interruptions. Send your phone calls straight to voicemail. Feed the dog beforehand so he doesn't start barking mid-song. Secondly, don't lose sight of your surroundings. It's very easy to lose touch with reality during this one - it drops you down a rabbit hole quite quickly. Do a common household task - empty the dishwasher, fold the laundry - while listening, to ensure you remain grounded in the objective physical realm throughout.
The Other One

This one hits you look a sock to the face coming out of "He's Gone." This whole show is just amazing.
Brown Eyed Women

Madison Square Garden

VERY NICE late day version. Jerry's weathered voice works well here.
Eyes Of The World
Sept. 26, 1991
Boston Garden

Listened to this in traffic during the flash floods in NYC. Such a nice, tight "Eyes." Phil is especially good here.
Dancin' in the Streets

Greek Theatre - University of California

I love this one. Brent's keyboard gives it a really dark edge you wouldn't expect from "Dancin'" of all songs. Segues seamlessly into "Bird Song." What a show. Jerry's on target all night. Love these shows.
