I like the early ones. They have better tempo.

Tennessee Jed
June 14, 1976
Beacon Theatre

Best version, IMO. Definitely worth downloading, with a v.good Lazy Lightning > Supplication that precedes it, and seques into it. NB CrazyFingers > Dancin' from the second set is cosmic too.
Scarlet Begonias -> Fire On The Mountain
May 25, 1977
The Mosque

Download the show. It's great. This is a top Scarlet Fire, and a top Estimated too, and best Loser, and .... Tip, the following will fit on one CD as a mini-concert: M’ssippi 1/2Step Uptown Toodeloo, They Love Each Other, Mexicali Blues, Peggy-O, Loser, Lazy Lightnin’ > Supplication, Promised Land, Scarlet Begonias > Fire On The Mountain, Estimated Prophet.
Dancin' in the Streets
June 14, 1976
Beacon Theatre

Super version. Jazz-like interplay between Jerry's vocals and Keith's keyboards, and Donna's backing is spot on this time. Very good intro too, and brilliant drumming. Should be higher up this board
They Love Each Other
Nov. 9, 1973
Winterland Arena

Maybe not best ever, but very Heady, and wonderful Jerry ignition. In fact, that night was a bit tame to start with until Jerry ignited on this one.
Eyes Of The World
Nov. 11, 1973
Winterland Arena

Not a great Eyes, IMO. The Dark Star before and the China Doll after are both top ten, or even top five, versions, but the Eyes isn't so hot. 8/13/75, 8/6/74, and 6/18/74 are far better, IMO.
