Not Fade Away
May 11, 1978
Springfield Civic Center Arena

Like most everything else from this show, this one is raucous and passionate, like all great NFAs.

The space in the final solo is indeed getting hot.

Franklin's Tower

Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Stadium

Lively version, Jerry was clearly engaged and having fun, even if his chops weren't at 100%. Love the enthusiastic vocals at the end.

The Other One
May 9, 1987
Laguna Seca Raceway

Firey, trippy version that leads into a strong Wharf Rat. The vocal effects Bobby used on this tune in '87 sometimes sound hokey, but they work here.

Wharf Rat

Laguna Seca Raceway

Intense, focused version with lots of Phil bombs. Coming out of a strong The Other One. A combo that could sometime be a post-space snooze delivers.

Shakedown Street

Civic Arena

I know not everyone loves the late 80s, but man, this is underrated. Sparkles with energy. Give it a listen!

I'm starting to think Donnie is a bot created by the Russians. He cannot be real!
Days Between
Oct. 18, 1994
Madison Square Garden

This is included on the Long Strange Trip soundtrack (Amazon Exclusive bonus track). Despite the lyrical flubs it's pretty spellbinding.
Help On The Way > Slipknot > Franklin's Tower
March 11, 1993
Rosemont Horizon

Jerry's vocals are a bit detached but his playing is lively for the most part and the band is generally sounding pretty tight. A solid version.
China Cat Sunflower -> I Know You Rider
Feb. 15, 1973
Dane County Coliseum

The transition jam is excellent and I second the recommendation of the dusborne matrix.
