Brent's convincing here.

The fact that this isn't already on here continues to attest to how underheard these London shows are. Smoldering version.

Love Brent on this. Greasy and grimy.

Another night in the books for this long weekend in London.

Scarlet Begonias -> Fire On The Mountain
Dec. 9, 1981
Activity Center - University of Colorado

This one's ok but it's a little too ragged for me. Jerry has some nice moments in the Fire jams and Brent shines as usual, but on the whole it's missing something. The audio patch does this no favors either.
Help On The Way > Slipknot > Franklin's Tower
June 24, 1976
Tower Theatre

This whole combo smokes, but absolutely agree the Slipknot needs special mention. Seek this one out.
China Cat Sunflower -> I Know You Rider
Dec. 28, 1983
Civic Auditorium

Bobby is basically inaudible but it hardly matters. This one rips.
Scarlet Begonias -> Fire On The Mountain
Jan. 31, 1978
Uptown Theater

This could use some more votes. Slower, somewhat menacing vibe to it. Love the rolling, quacking entrance to Fire. Stark contrast between this and the gallop of Cedar Falls a few days later.
Looks Like Rain
April 30, 1977
The Palladium

I don't even really like this song but this version is stellar.
