Hardly a classic, but surprisingly not listed despite being on 30 Days 2013

This isn't on here? From this show? Pretty memorable version.

Caps off one of the most ballad-heavy shows in the band's history.

A nice contrast to all the ballads from this show.

Especially nice and up-tempo following a delicate portion of the show.

The Palladium

So well-played. Such an underrated show all around.
Scarlet Begonias -> Fire On The Mountain

I haven't heard an 81 version that I can say is definitively better than this. Brent is fantastic throughout, and Jerry reaches face-melting mode in Fire. This kicks ass in every direction. Side note: Weir is completely buried in the mix I've heard.

Saratoga Performing Arts Center

Absolutely top-shelf stuff. Tons of cool flourishes in this one, from I Can See Clearly Now to Jerry's Scarlet runs to Weir's vocal fuckup in Fire. I imagine the live crowd was in heaven.

Greek Theater

No problem upvoting this. The year made me dubious, but I'm glad I gave this a chance. Full of summer heat, and the echoed vocals in Fire made me smile.
Scarlet Begonias -> Fire On The Mountain

West Palm Beach Auditorium

This is right there with the best 82 versions, and upper-tier for the early 80s as a whole. Superb energy. As per usual for this era, Brent is really outstanding here. An awesome vibe all around.
