Best Ever Bobby Scat Vox Ending

Morning Dew
March 30, 1988
Meadowlands Arena
Criminally underrated! Arguably, one of Jerry’s best vocal renditions of the Dew alongside the equally under-the-radar 7/15/88 and, of course, perennial fave 9/18/87. Don’t sleep on this version. Jerry is fully invested in every word and you can hear him digging in to each line with gusto as he sings the hell out of this tune.

I can not believe this is not MUCH higher on the list. Garcia is in pure beast mode. Must-listen!
Knockin' On Heaven's Door
Feb. 25, 1990
Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum
Outstanding vox by JG and a master class in dynamics by whole band. You can truly hear a pin drop. Plus, Brent solos on organ rather than keys which is a swell touch.

By far, the best ever version. Bobby goes absolutely apeshit at the end with his falsetto. "Na, na and I don't know!" over and over again. Pure fire!

Can't believe this was overlooked! Bobby's falsetto vox and phrasing at the end are Aces. Typically killer 1990 version with extra heat.
