The Wheel

Maybe just another Wheel, but this show, especially after the Lay Me Down, felt to be all about recovering after saying good-bye to Brent.....

China Cat Sunflower -> I Know You Rider
Sept. 15, 1987
MSG

Classic China-Rider from a great run. 9/18/87 is legendary, but this show, and a lot of the shows from this tour, just as fantastic.

Touch of Grey

Capital Centre

Really, really nice. Jerry is into every line and note, even if the song is not yet fully formed or even finished and maybe a little bit of a mess.... Historic. Listen to the crowd, noticeably quiet at the start and at the refrain of "We will get by, we will survive!" the howls and roars begin, even though it's their first time hearing it. Great show. The fall of '82 is pretty much underrated.
