Mississippi Halfstep Uptown Toodeloo
Nov. 18, 1972
Hofheinz Pavilion
A Homo erectus-like version but notable for Jerry's solo after the first Rio Grandee chorus.

The definition of brevity. Sweet stuff!!!

Philadelphia Civic Arena
Awesome early version. Jerry has a great solo at the end.

Wharf Rat
Dec. 9, 1993
Sports Arena
Jerry impassioned yet subdued singing in that ragged and worn voice is deeply affecting.

Days Between

Madison Square Garden
Jerry's voice and singing at this time fit this one perfectly.

Eyes Of The World
Sept. 21, 1974
Palais Des Sports
Should also say that this has, along with 9/11/74, one of the best preseventyfive intros out there.
Estimated Prophet
May 15, 1977
St. Louis Arena
5/7/77 was the first time that Eyes directly followed Estimated (from what I can tell), but there was no segue--Estimated ended and from 'dead air' we get Eyes. Cool to know this Boston show (in the 'hockey rink'--Phil) was the first Estimated, Eyes--I hadn't known that until your post prompted me to go back and double check.
Loose Lucy
May 19, 1974
Portland Memorial Coliseum
Nice call! A tight version that socks a good punch! Jerry's solo is brief but well-developed.
Cassidy
May 25, 1977
The Mosque
Nice one. Marshmallowy smooth like a big Cadillac. The jam towards the end is succinct but interesting.
Black Peter
Aug. 12, 1972
Sacramento Memorial Auditorium
A nice Bird Song, Cumberland, Truckin' and PITB in this show, too. Oh yeah, and it's '72 so TOO ain't half bad, either.
