Agreed. This has that wonderful kaleidoscopic sound typical of the era. A wholly satisfying performance of a tune in the core repertoire that could’ve ended up on Without a Net.

Not bad overall. Jerry's not doing anything terribly interesting, so I can't upvote, but this is a great example of Bruce doing everything he can to ratchet up the excitement -- the sort of stuff that would have spurred Jerry on a year or even a few months earlier.

I’m a sucker for unusual keyboard sounds and patches, and here Brent/Bralove dials up a vibraphone that sounds way cool. While I was understandably distracted by that feature, the rest of the performance seemed good as well.
