Very surprised this isn't on the list yet. Tight version, Jerry's vocal delivery and solos are top-notch. Grate vibe for a rainy or cloudy day.

not sure how this is lower than 5/15, 5/19, or 5/28......there is a better tempo and perfect lyrical delivery (save a Donna flub near the end).

but Donna doesn't provide any vocals.....that's Phil on harmonies.

Soldier Field

Phil sounds FUCKING GREAT, what are you talking about? This was amazing. Brought tears to my eyes several times. The beeps you hear are Soldier Field's way of warning them to end it or the PA gets shut off. Never knew that. I would have LOVED to see this live. That last line, Phil gives it his all. Perfect. The best version ever.

I much prefer the pentatonic JG to the chromatic JG. Still trying to pinpoint the change (79?). As far as heroin ruining JG's voice I think it was more due to smoking. Naming Brent #3 MVP is lunacy. It is clearly Bob. To even mention the VinceDead in the same breath as the DonnaDead is a non-starter. I find Jerry's string bending soulful and emotional thru all eras, only enhanced by the advancement of electronic technology.
