Sorry folks. space> Iko > Dew are untouchables and I'm not big on anything post-Keith as best versions of anything. I'm glad to see a couple of other people know it. I prefer the audience version I had over the DP board version tack on. It loses the crowd energy like a lot of board shows.

I cannot believe this is ranked third. HAHAHAHAHA! There shouldn't even be any others on here. Sorry, no way. There are great ones but this is, by light years, the pinnacle of the song. In another million attempts they could never come close. gwelch3 needs to go back to Grateful Dead school or use longer Q-Tips. Much longer. 5/5/77. Regular show to good at best. Like 5/8/77. Nothing more. That's probably the dumbest thing I'll ever hear in the few years I have left on this planet. And I just listened to 4 years of Trump. Probably gets moist just because he sees St. Stephen in a setlist.

There are obviously great versions... but NONE OF THEM can touch this one. None.

Nothing even comes close to that intro. Like almost every version of that show- so many best versions by far. If there was any show I could go back and see, including all the oldies, ...this would be it. And picking a show is a tall order.
