Surprisingly good. Nice rave-up at the end, and Jerry's fills throughout are genuinely great.

Spacey, atonal version. Shows where they were headed in 95 - a lot of interesting sounds.

Oh Babe It Ain't No Lie

Cool version that Jerry starts and the band jumps on while Bob works out some gear issues. Last one ever, first in years, and only electric version.

Very powerful vocals from Jerry. Beyond intense "I guess it doesn't matter anyway"

Last version. Not perfect, but especially soulful. There's a nice new video up on youtube and jerry's very animated.

Eternity

I think this one is great, but Jerry is barely there. His leads are impotent. My favorite eternity is 3/21/94 - Jerry's playing is strong and up front. I will say, this is a song that does not REQUIRE the presence of Jerry as much as most Dead tunes, though.

Love this version. Never loved Jerry's midi flute, but this is one of the perfect latter-day versions. Jerry's still got enough dexterity to play those beautiful fast runs, and he doesn't mess with the flute for too long. The one problem I always had with Jerry's midi is that he tended to experiment with it too much onstage...now you may be saying "this is the Grateful Dead, that's the point", but it often felt like he was learning how to use the midi when he was playing it in concert.
So Many Roads

Boston Garden

Great version. Jerry screaming at the end. Doesn't hold a candle to 10/1/94 or 9/18/94, which are both more fully fleshed out versions IMO.

Whatever the vocals lack Jerry makes up for in the solos. Especially in the outro, he absolutely shreds.

Unbelievable exceptionally hot version. Outro jam is amazing. Always pisses me off when bob cuts off the mid solo while Jerry’s still jamming, and never more than here - he cuts off David Murray’s solo after like 30 seconds. Fucking ridiculous. Far be it from me to criticize the members of my favorite band, but still.. Murray sounds so sublime in the major key of the mid solo it feels like a crime to have cut it off so early.
