Beautiful version from a totally unheralded show. Jerry's impassioned vocals in the verses blew me away.

Spacey, LONG, jam. There's a video, and you can see Bob smiling as Jerry somehow nails the last climax of the jam and they slam into the chorus.

Hot version - Jerry's guitar tone is thicker than it was in 94, he's totally present and playing some of those added riffs like in 10/12/83.

Lots of very under the radar shows in 82. This version is perfectly executed from start to finish - great end jam with huge finish.

Pretty hot version. Nice mid solo and shreddy outro that heads into a spacey jam. Great vince contributions and Jerry firing on all cylinders

Jerry into those vocals. Hot hot hot. Vince's keyboard tone is great - sounds like a hohner clavinet sample.

Sick brent synths like that live rarities version ive been commenting on today. Super funky and grimey. another STONED VERSION - there might be more faded west la fadeaways than any other dead tune

Heard the liberty rap on GD XM. I love hip hop and rap and I love the dead but this didnt work for me haha! Nice to see bob trying new things though. Looks like im eating my own words about filling up these comment sections with nonsense huh! Definitely timely at points - see 4/24/78 stayin alive teases....

Bobby's been rearranging some tunes very weirdly. Havent heard that but ill check it out. Yeah, one of the things I love about this version is how it sounds so incredibly early 80s - generally, we often view the deads music as timeless but it was actually in fact often constrained by the vagaries of the time - see brents synths here. Glad you liked!
