Crazy slide licks, wondeful version from a show with one of the best second sets of all time! Jerry goes nuts a little over 3 minutes in . . .

Not sure why the next night gets all the love, this one's great, too!

Best of the best of the 77-78 versions. Jerry absolutely ripping licks and vocals ... "Run and See!!" series absolutely off-the-wall, then into S. Mag

Comes A Time

Can't believe no one posted this. Far superior to 7/17/76. Filler on the new release (Jan 2012). Comes out of Wharf Rat!

I'm just going to keep commenting on this -- hopefully more people will come around to it. Unreal . . . Stoney . . . Psychedelic . . . listen now.

Seriously funky -- off the new May 77 official release ; out of a prety special half-step, too.

This one was the highlight of the whole night for me -- really good energy slowly building to some serious intensity -- into Comes A Time. Great pick.

Very saddened they mixed Donna's last round of vocals out on the new Complete Europe set. My bootleg boards of this are much better than the release . . . I really can't get my head around why they would do that . . . this is one of Donna's best moments with the band. Don't think it's keeping with the spirit of the band and I'm truly disappointed they would chop up my Dead . . . this version is some of the most heartfelt GD of all-time, IMHO . . .

The band takes it really slow and bobby and donna are more than up for the challenge. A great rendition, with beautiful playing from phil, jerry and keith, too!
