Amazing jamming. Very jazzy, some of vince's best work imo. wouldn't call it the best version but definately worth a listen.

Let It Grow

OK, Still groovin on this whole set...and now we get to let it grow. Might not be the best of all time, but I vote it up! this whole show is off the hook. as I type, we just fall right into Wharf Rat. And as I mentioned in other songs from this show, the matrix recording makes any song a heady version! it's just been put up on etree, (the best site ever)

Well I been listenin to this whole show. and I cant as each song goes by the less words I can find to describe it. This set rocks. And I am a huge fan of this particular song. It's just .............Long Live Jerry Garcia! who happens to blow your brains out on this one and Phil is in on it the whole time!
Brown Eyed Women

absolutely fuckin rockin! like the rythm devils had AK-47's shootin philbombs all night long. The whole show is nuts. check out the matrix recording and lock the door! had to add this: the matrix is actually as good as any recording gets. I have about 150 matrix recordings. this one is perfectly done. little distortion on phil's bass but listen to the crowd. you are literally THERE! Thanks to all those great heads who made and shared such recordings! ........Crank it an Dance!
The Music Never Stopped

Gotta comment on this one. I just had this blastin on the headphones on a good night so forgive the obvious bias. what I want to say is that this version has such a smooth groove that is seldom heard in any other version. it is perfect in its own subtle way. nothing but a perfect note at every bar from everybody. they were on FIRE. be ware of the Brown Eyed Women that follows> That on the other hand Is punching!!!! and I forgot to mention I have a matrix that makes all the difference just from the recordind itself. I love the goddamn Grateful Dead! did I mention they make life worth living?
