Might As Well

Riverfront Arena

From Cincinnati `76 & also apparently on of the rare times this rocker was used to close a set! Also the pick of the day for 11~9~23 Dead days

Henry J. Kaiser Convention Center

Jerryz intro is extra sweet on this version and he's on point throughout. A fine pre coma Jerry while Bobby is off at times lyrically. Still Heady!

A particularly nice early years Brent version from winter 1979 tour. Jerry's guitar gently weeps wonderfully throughout. Latest pick from Dave~47

From Dave's 47, supercharged high energy first set opener with Brent's fingers on fire!

Day Job
Sept. 20, 1982
Madison Square Garden

I've got the box set for this and I love it! Now while not a very memorable Throwing Stones the Day Job is much nicer tune in the duo pairing. Brent's keys make this a good jam, with higher energy Jerry vocals than on DP6!
Day Job
Oct. 11, 1983
Madison Square Garden

Decent set ender song from a good show also off a great early `80s box set! Phil and Brent shine with a high energy Jerry vocal.
Keep Your Day Job
Oct. 11, 1983
Madison Square Garden

From Phil's upbeat and pronounced bass lines to Brents's keyboard magic and Jerry's higher energy make this version way better than Dicks Picks 6! Similar show from the song pairing with Hell in a Buskett at the end of the first set.
Dancin' in the Streets
Oct. 1, 1977
Paramount Theatre

Mickey & Billy with the "Popcorn & Rolls" percussion battle in the back make this version of Dancin' special in my opinion for a Fall `77 show. Much love to Dave for releasing a sick PdxS pick for #45, TWO shows at that!

A damn fine jam from Dave's 31!
