From Cincinnati `76 & also apparently on of the rare times this rocker was used to close a set! Also the pick of the day for 11~9~23 Dead days

Henry J. Kaiser Convention Center

Jerryz intro is extra sweet on this version and he's on point throughout. A fine pre coma Jerry while Bobby is off at times lyrically. Still Heady!

A particularly nice early years Brent version from winter 1979 tour. Jerry's guitar gently weeps wonderfully throughout. Latest pick from Dave~47

From Dave's 47, supercharged high energy first set opener with Brent's fingers on fire!

Dancin' in the Streets
Oct. 1, 1977
Paramount Theatre

Mickey & Billy with the "Popcorn & Rolls" percussion battle in the back make this version of Dancin' special in my opinion for a Fall `77 show. Much love to Dave for releasing a sick PdxS pick for #45, TWO shows at that!

A damn fine jam from Dave's 31!

First off, technically this is rare music material for the Dead. Secondly and to me more importantly this song is about recovery. Now knowing band history & about Brent's struggles makes this riveting heart wrenching rendition of his own credited song even more inspirationally awesome. Dave's 39 is where I got this, at a tough time in my life then too. This song was the perfect comfort. Bless your soul Brent!
