From Cincinnati `76 & also apparently on of the rare times this rocker was used to close a set! Also the pick of the day for 11~9~23 Dead days

Jerryz intro is extra sweet on this version and he's on point throughout. A fine pre coma Jerry while Bobby is off at times lyrically. Still Heady!

A particularly nice early years Brent version from winter 1979 tour. Jerry's guitar gently weeps wonderfully throughout. Latest pick from Dave~47

First off, technically this is rare music material for the Dead. Secondly and to me more importantly this song is about recovery. Now knowing band history & about Brent's struggles makes this riveting heart wrenching rendition of his own credited song even more inspirationally awesome. Dave's 39 is where I got this, at a tough time in my life then too. This song was the perfect comfort. Bless your soul Brent!

Just got this from the Sunshine Box, and so glad I did! This version is such a rare gem and way different sounding than the evolved album version or even any live from 1974 shows. Dave's 42 from San Francisco the "Godchaux's house down payment" show has another similar long Lucy, it was on the extra bonus disc. Though I think this one from RFK is groovier. This June~73 show its more of a mini improvisational jam!

Yeah, from Dick’s #31! Gotta love the segue from Playin’ in the Band and the Donna Jean gem at the end. So delicately delightful!
