Jerry’s tone at this show makes this perhaps the heaviest version ever played!!!

Transcendent version + with Jerr going full-on spacey! (Weird, like the whole show!)

Perfect encapsulation of this show: not a lot of highlights, but absolutely rippin’, at the same time.

Oh, Seaplant - wanking motion - nobody’s stopping anybody from liking/loving anything, I’m just looking for interesting insight into why the most sterile show of the entire spring ‘77 run has so many votes. That’s all. If every show sounded this good, where would we be…? This show sounds amazing + it’s always sounded uninspired relative to 4/23, 513, 5/22, for example, etc. It sounds like a great soundcheck. Nothing wrong with that, and it’s just one human’s opinion; what I’m asking is: what makes this one resonate with folks over the multitude of far superior versions below it. That’s it; no pasa nada, amigo.

Sterile. I…don’t understand how this one is so high. Keith owns the Scarlet, but it feels like a practice. Literally. Jerr goes nowhere, not that that’s bad, but he’s just playing around, and Keith goes off a few times, then it’s over. Odd. Unremarkable show in the middle of an epic run.

The classic “now we play for Clive” Jerr + Phil look/laugh. Good stuff.

Secret Keith brilliance + probably the 2nd best version, ever, behind 12/16/78. Yowza.

Love this show in almost all ways - 3rd FOTM + the absolute best GDTRFB!!! - except that this may be in the lowest of the 20’s, out of 27 played in the 70’s, unfortunately.
