definitive for me. also love me some 74's, but a absolutely nothing from 77 tops this. 77 is a low point for the solos. 11/4 is plain sloppy, 5/18 is lovely, but doesnt give me the punch, 4/30 and 3/20 are close, but again, dont bring it home. i agree w/ comments from the '94 version... this is a song about dusting off them dusty strings, and if you're not bringin the goods... its not the best.
that said, i love the energy from 10/21/78 but this has the control and intention behind it... making it super gr8 in my book
