Excellent conclusion to a Wharf Rat > I Need a Miracle > Bertha > Good Lovin'. From Road Trips Vol. 1, No. 1. Finishes with an energetic flourish.

They Love Each Other

I can't decide if I like the slow or fast version of this song more... just depends on my mood that day, I suppose! But if you're looking for a fast version, this one will not disappoint at all.

Whoa there! Spacey, energetic version, very much worth a listen. 17 minutes and doesn't overstay its welcome.
Big Railroad Blues

I don't love Big Railroad Blues, but this is my favourite version I've heard so far. 9/2/83 is a lot of fun and Jerry goes off like a madman, but it's also sloppy at times. 4/17/72 is great too and played perfectly, but I just dig the energy here more. I have no problem with these being the top three though, whatever the order.

I'm glad Darkstar67 mentioned Watchtower. There is a DEFINITE Watchtower vibe around 8 minutes, very cool. Interesting version that goes different places. Not to mention it follows a wonderful Terrapin.
Terrapin Station

I was just listening to Road Trips 3.1 during a workout. When I finished and laid on the floor to rest, this Terrapin came on. I closed my eyes and enjoyed every second of this amazing version. It's very dreamlike. Well played and sung, and Jerry's playing, as others have noted, is so creative. I don't normally think '79 when I think of Terrapin... maybe I should?
