One of the more languid takes on this one. Although Jerry's voice is shot, it works. Notable for 2 runs through the solo, both of them stellar.

Explosive jam makes this one a bit unique. Not as smooth and complex as some later versions, but synergy and chops by all.

Smokes from head to tail. No SBD, or this would be top 5 with ease.

I fully expect this one to rise in popularity once the BBD arrives.

Nice AUD has Jerry up front. Great solo in SB, transition is interesting, with nice cascading riffs, followed by a Hot FOTM.

Drums are short and the raps are too, the jams are brilliant, fiery and fun. Jerry's reentry into the GL theme is as good as it gets. +1

It's your choice to support bootleggers, but click the archive button and all of the AUD recordings are downloadable and the Soundboards are streamable. It's a wonderful legacy online, that the organization fully supports.

Poor signal to noise ratio make this one a non starter for me. Boston may not have the verry Jerry finale, but it is far more cohesive and interesting than this one to my ears. I wasn't enthralled with at the show, either. I think part of the bias that attributes to the rise of these latter day behemoths is the American obsession with quantity over quality. It's a disservice to the community and new fans alike. The bottom of the list has so many gems that will never be heard. I was a guilty as the next guy in pimping personal favorites and popular choices. Then I did some active, critical listening. To all of them. Anonymously. Pen and paper in hand and cans on head. It was ear opening and mind blowing, to say the least.

I am as perplexed as you are, buffalovirgo. Everyone is on fire, and there's little to no filler at all. Horse to water and all that. 230 versions into a blind taste test of all existing versions of the combo, This has the highest overall score.

3 up votes without comment. You must be strong in your convictions, and tin in your ears. Hint 3/16/1993 is far superior to this version, which really isn't saying much.
